Double room available in Clifton

Helloo all :)

My name's Corrie and I'm 27 years old (left in photo), my lovely flat mate is moving on to a new place and so I'm looking for somebody to move in. The flat is only a 2 bed, so I'm looking to live with somebody I'd really get along with!

A bit about the flat - it is located very near Clifton Downs, rent + bills altogether is currently around £680/690 pp (although there is going to be a rent increase next month - not sure yet what it will be!). The double room available is huge (as can be seen from the photos). The shared livingroom is quite small, but the room sizes do make up for that. Move in date from mid-June.

A bit about me/what I'm looking for ideally from a flat mate: I'm a graduate environmental consultant, I'm vegetarian (but don't mind living with someone who eats meat) and a hobby musician. I spend most of my free time doing social things (I like to be out and about) - going dancing/pubbing/trying new creative things. I'm pretty clean and very tidy so would be looking for someone who's the same. Like to craft, play the guitar, write music and keep myself busy!

I'm queer, I'd love to live with someone who's also queer if possible but if not, at least someone who's queer friendly ✨ if you're interested please drop me a dm xx
