I'm currently looking for someone to rent out my double bedroom.

the room comes with
A luxury double ottoman bed with storage under the bed. 2 built in light's and charging ports for your phone
Double. Mattress and bedding can also be included.
2 large walk mirrored walk in wardrobes
TV mounted in the wall included
Full broadband
Large shared bathroom (only shared by myself.) I only ever use your shower as i have a kitchenette joined on to my bedroom and a toilet i use down stairs

my other bedroom with ensuite is is currently being rented out on airbnb. but isnt always full. and they tend to deal with them selfs and dont really ever see them. when that room is not occupied i will use the ensuite to shower.



the house is a large 4 bed home with 2 separate living rooms down stairs. if you needed your own space.

15min walk to the train station and only a few stops into the city.
Surrounded by an abundance of shops and take away's.
The house is situated at the end of a cul de sac so very quite
stunning garden. South facing
This is a gorgeous home to live in. I am very laid back, easy to get on with. Nothing ever bothers. me.
