Mature couple with all children gone have capacity for 30+ spainish speaking female to live in.
We go to our home in Spain frequently so are looking for somebody who is trustworthy, concientious. and respectful.
and can be relied upon to care for our home during abscence
the home has large kitchen, dining room,4 bedrooms/office, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, downstairs utility and toilet and 2 living areas with tv etc. 2 well tended gardens a.

accomodation would suit mature student or professional person seeking family type living.
Long bridge has undergone significant redevelopement in the last decade and benifits from easy access to university, city centre, parks and lickey hills country park on the doors step.
easy access to rail and motorway links. we are very amicable people and our guest would be made to feel welcome. accomodation would be available from September onwards for an initial period of 6 to 12 months.
we may extend this if the relationship proves mutualy amicable.
At this point we are open to propositions.

The successful candidate would be expected to make a fair contribution to household bills that are as a direct result of their use but we are perfectly reasonable people and more than happy to discuss individual requirements.
